Xuanyi Chen (陈炫亦)

I am currently a PhD student majoring in plant molecular genetics in College of Life Sciences, Northwest Agriculture & Forest University, Yangling, China, under the supervision of Prof. Cun Wang.

My research focuses on understanding how plants (especailly Arabidopsis and wheat) respond to external stresses by integrating molecular and cellular approaches with multi-omic sequencing data. My first first-author article is currently under revision.

I am expected to graduate with a PhD in Sep 2025 and am actively seeking postdoctoral position overseas, particularly in the United States or Europe. I am especially interested in research related to wheat biology, metabolic pathway biosynthesis, or Arabidopsis—my foundational model organism. I am also willing to apply for postdoctoral fellowships to support my research under the guidance of my future postdoctoral mentor.
